Tom ENGLISH is a Canadian born, Folk singer/songwriter based in Toronto, Ontario. ‘Life & Times’ (2019) marks the release of his eponymous debut EP. The four-track project, just shy of fourteen minutes, is a soft blend of radiant noise with familiar themes scattered throughout. Tom tips his cap to influencers several times across the project with reference to the French-Czechoslovakian film, “Fantastic Planet” as well as poetry written by acclaimed film-maker, Alejandro Jodorowsky. In addition to his music, Tom is passionate for multi-media creation. 'Life & Times' should be considered the personal exploration of Tom and co-creator James Collacutt fusing these mediums, producing remarkable results.
